D.C. giving out free female condoms

With the number of people living with HIV in Washington D.C. being so high, the city has been distributing free female condoms and educating people on correct use of them.  It’s one of the easiest ways for a female to ensure safe sex.  The only downside is that is cost about $3 for a female condom.
